State-Of-The-Art Facility
K&J Woodworks operates a 33,000 square foot state-of-the-art production facility featuring CNC driven equipment that is fed directly from the engineering office.
Our sophisticated line of machinery features the following equipment and materials:
- A Holzma panel saw that cuts sheet goods from large and small optimized parts.
- Our Komo router machine can carve 3D solid models along with complex angles and radiuses.
- A Doucet dedicated horizontal boring machine for parts that may need to be knock down construction.
- Our Brandt edgebander, which is capable of applying a large variety of hardwood, veneer tapes and PVC banding that eliminates the need for unsightly nail holes.
- Our Finish department is currently applying Sherwin-Williams Water Based Finish as a standard, however we are able to finish or stain to meet your specifications. We can also produce custom stains to match your sample.
